2. Access to the Quan2um
The Quan2um is provided by the Company as a service to the Quan2um user community (the “Community”). You agree that the Quan2um shall have no liability to you or any third party for any losses or damages caused by your use of the Website not being available, in whole or in part, at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We do not guarantee that our site or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users.
We have the right to restrict and / or prohibit the use of Quan2um in whole or in part by users from some countries, such as: Iran, North Korea, United States of America (including all U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands (Santa Cruz, St. John and St. Thomas).
3. Reliance on Information Posted
This Website includes content provided by third parties, including materials provided by other users, bloggers and third-party licensors, syndicators, aggregators and/or reporting services. All statements and/or opinions expressed in these materials, and all articles and responses to questions and other content, other than the content provided by the Company, are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity providing those materials.
